How Do I Know If I'm Invited?
Honors Concert Invitees will be listed on this page around 4:45 p.m. the day of the Festival. Check the List.
I've Been Invited. Now What Do I Do?
IMPORTANT – Invitees, you are responsible for letting the Festival Committee know by 4:45 p.m. if you accept or decline the invitation to participate. Otherwise you’ll likely be cut from the program.
Please use one of the following contact methods:
- Speak in person to the BYMF front desk staff
- Email the BYMF
- Call Shasta at 679-6575 (text only if you include student name)
Timeline & Instructions For Participants:
By 5:30 p.m.: Let the front desk know your tech needs for your performance (piano, chair, music stand, microphone, etc.). You can e-mail us or fill out the paper at the front desk.
At 5:45 p.m.: Be in the auditorium in concert dress to receive additional instructions and to participate in the group Honors Concert photo.
At 6:00 p.m.: the concert will begin. Admission is free to the public.
