Registration Policies
What are the registration policies for mat camp?
Our registration policies help keep our students & their families informed on tuition, payment options, cancellations & more. We want you to be able to make informed decisions regarding attending MAT Camp.
Tuition = $35/class – Camp now has family pricing! This means every class your immediate family adds to your cart contributes to your total number of classes and gets you closer to discounts.
Why do I need to create an account to register?
Our new registration/ticketing platform allows you to securely* create one account for your entire family to use throughout the year. No more signing up & registering over & over again for each event!!!!

Tuition
$35/class
Family Pricing
- 3 classes = 10% off
- 5 classes = 20% off
- 6 classes = 25% off
- 7 classes = 30% off
- 8 classes = 35% off
- 21 classes = 40% off
- 35 classes = 45% off
Payment Options
Tuition and materials fees must be paid within one week of registration, or your registration may be canceled.
We also offer several “Tuition Helps” including a work-study program to also help with tuition costs.
Contact us if you need to make any additional special payment arrangements.
Cancellations
If a student needs to cancel a registration:
- Full Refund: on or before the early registration deadline
- 50% Refund: on or before the late registration deadline
- NO Refund: will be given after the late registration deadline
Registration deadlines
MAT Camp 2023 will be held at Davis Middle School (837 No Name Street, Evanston, WY 82930)
- Early Registration: Ends June 24
- Late Registration: June 25 - July 1 (Additional fees apply)
- After July 1: Classes will be very limited & we'll begin adding students to the waitlists (Additional fees apply)
