Lodging Plan

MAT Camp student lodging plans

Five nights: July 17 - 21, 2022

Student Lodging Plan:  For high school-age students 14-17. 

  • Students stay in a local designated MAT Camp hotel. 
  • All plans include breakfast & lunch each day.
  • A chaperone and transportation to/from campus are provided.

Family & Adult Lodging Plan:  For families who will room together, or adults age 18+.

  • Families/Adults will stay in a local designated MAT Camp hotel.
  • The plan includes breakfast each day.
  • Lunch is available for free for family members ages 17 and under.
    • For adults 18+, lunch is $4.50/person/day
  • Transportation:  We may be able to provide transportation, please call in advance to arrange details.

Check-out is the morning of the 21st.

Please contact us right away if you need to arrange additional lodging for the night of July 21st.

To reserve your space/room, click on the pricing for each option.  This will take you to our registration platform.  You will need to either create an account or log-in to your existing one to complete the reservation.

Option #1

Shared bed.  Bring a sleeping bag. 

Up to 4 students/room, 2 per bed

Option #2

Your own bed.

Up to 3/room, 1 per bed

Option #3

For families.

Room reservations will not be made until full payment has been received.

If you are unable or choose not to pay online, please call 307-679-6575 to make other payment arrangements.

Suggested Packing List

For MAT Camp students registering for the lodging plan:

  1. Please label all items clearly with your name.
  2. MAT Camp and the Hotel providing the Lodging Plans are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Personal toiletries:  you will need to bring your own shampoo, soap, lotion, etc. as the hotel will not be providing enough to go around for the whole week.

If possible, bring a personal travel-size hairdryer.  Sharing the bathroom and the hairdryer can make you late in the mornings!
