Although we have a lot of great ideas for celebrating 25 years of contagious creativity, we want your ideas too. After all, it’s YOUR PARTY!
How would you celebrate our 25th Birthday?
1 Idea = 1 Chance to enter our “Your Ideas = Your Celebration” Drawing.
The deadline to submit is June 30, 2022.
HOW WILL YOU CELEBRATE?:
We’re accepting ideas for activities, special events, food (yes, we’ll have cake, so no need to suggest it), games, prizes/awards, displays, etc. Think big & small, we’re looking for any and all.
There’s no limit to the number of ideas you may submit. Submit them all at once or as you think of them.
WINNING SUBMISSIONS:
The Arts Inc Board of Directors will select the winning “How Will You Celebrate” ideas for implementation into our 25 years of MAT Camp celebration activities.
Individuals who submitted the winning ideas will receive the following: recognition in our “The Arts Inc Post” Newsletter & on our MAT Camp Facebook page, a small prize, and 8 additional entries into the “Your Ideas = Your Celebration” drawing.
We hoping to choose at least 3 ideas to implement, but really the sky’s the limit. We could select 1 winning submission or 5 or 9 or more. We really won’t know until we review your submissions and decide on the feasibility & logistics to implement them.
YOUR IDEAS = YOUR CELEBRATION DRAWING:
Each idea submitted (whether they’re used or not) equals one entry into our “Your Ideas = Your Celebration” drawing.
WHEN IS THE DRAWING?:
The “Your Ideas = Your Celebration” drawing will be held during MAT Camp.
WHAT IS THE WINNING PRIZE?:
The winner of the “Your Ideas = Your Celebration” will receive 1 Free 2023 MAT Camp class ($35 value), 1 Free ticket to the 2022 Evanston Bluegrass Festival ($25 value), recognition in our newsletter & social media platforms, and a small MAT Camp related prize package. The total value is over $100.
FURTHER SUBMISSION CRITERIA:
All submitters must either plan on attending at least 1 MAT Camp class or volunteering for 1 MAT Camp shift in order to be entered into the “Your Ideas = Your Celebration” drawing. (Yes, you can submit an idea without planning on attending MAT Camp, but where would be the fun in that? Plus, no chance to win anything).
Submissions need to be family-friendly. Submissions containing inappropriate words, phrases, wordplay, and/or describing forms of bullying, dangerous activities, and/or violence will be immediately disqualified. Celebration ideas that are not inclusive to all age groups, genders, races & abilities will also not be considered.
